Χειροποίητο πρωτότυπο folding ποδήλατο. Prototype 002 preparation.

 Made with the converted SIEG X1 CNC milling machine. X1 seems to be too weak for a 25 mm alu plate. More power full stepper motors would be ideal as well. "Ότι πληρώνεις παίρνεις"  

 After a couple of days with the "weak" milling machine, fork plates look like the original design. At least I had to pay only for the material (6.5 € /kg plus VAT - for 5083 marine alloy).

The big challenge with the second edition would be the new hinge.  Prototype FP 1 waiting to be replaced. FEA analysis report was more than positive based on the EN 14764 (City and trekking bicycles - Safety requirements and test methods )
