After almost 3 hours - 2000 RPM is a very low speed for this kind of jobs. You may work on something else while milling.
M10 x 1.25 mm for the screw studs.

10mm are left to carry the brake load. Is it enough? We'll see!
Assembled with bolt rivets just to check geometry and stiffness. TIG welded is needed.
